TEROD – Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your TEROD purchase. If you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@terod.dk within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Please do not send a return before contacting us for return instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect or try an item as you reasonably would in a physical store.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
Where possible, please return items with their original packaging, labels and accessories.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated or agreed, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items when exercising their right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Refunds
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, any additional cost above our standard delivery option is not required to be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@terod.dk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal and are not affected by this policy.
Personalised Items
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Where available, TEROD may provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us at info@terod.dk before returning an item.
