TEROD – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the TEROD online store.

TEROD is operated from Denmark.

Business information:

Denmark

By placing an order with TEROD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable Danish or EU law.

2. Products

TEROD offers premium baby and children's clothing, accessories, gifts and related products.

We aim to display product descriptions, materials, colours, measurements and photographs as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device.

Because some products are made from natural fibres, minor variations in texture, appearance or colour may occur.

3. Prices

Prices displayed in our online store include applicable VAT where required, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where these are not collected by TEROD at checkout, they may be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

If there is a problem affecting an order, TEROD will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered by our online store.

For ordinary goods, payment will not be charged before the goods are dispatched, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Danish consumer guidance states that webshops generally may not debit payment before goods are shipped

6. Delivery

TEROD delivers to the destinations made available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method.

Any estimated delivery time is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform TEROD of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

After notifying TEROD, the customer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods.

Further information about returns, return costs, refunds, product condition and applicable exceptions is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions reduces statutory withdrawal rights.

8. Faulty or Defective Products

Consumers purchasing goods from TEROD are protected by applicable consumer legislation.

Under Danish law, consumers generally have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects in goods. This right cannot simply be shortened by the seller.

If you believe that a TEROD product is faulty or defective, please contact us at Info@terod.dk with your order information and a description of the problem.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or failure to follow appropriate care instructions is not necessarily considered a product defect.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer legislation.

Customers may examine goods in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical shop. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the customer may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TEROD's brand name, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content and other original website material are owned by or licensed to TEROD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

TEROD content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission where such permission is legally required.

11. Personal Data

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

12. Liability

TEROD is responsible for its obligations to customers in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

TEROD may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to an individual purchase are generally those applicable when the order is placed, subject to mandatory law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers residing elsewhere of mandatory consumer protections that apply to them.
