TEROD ships to destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Please note that processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying these charges. TEROD does not control charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order after dispatch.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
